• Dr. Daulton will do a complete and thorough examination.




• Any required X-rays will be taken.




• Treatment will be provided on the first visit, however, the treatments provided will be determined by Dr. Daulton, and they will be based on what he feels will help you the most.




• He will review all your findings with you.




• He will then design a treatment plan to get you well!




• All fees will be discussed before any care is given. We will never surprise you with a bill.

Paying for your care:

• Auto Accident injuries are covered under the Medical Pay coverage available on your personal auto insurance. We will need to verify the information first.




• Work Comp injuries are covered 100% in Indiana, however, your employer has the right to choose your doctor. Approval will need to be obtained by your employer and workers compensation insurance company first.




• Medicare does not pay for exams and x-rays in a chiropractic office, so the first visit fee will be $99, which includes a consultation, examination, any necessary x-rays, and the first adjustment. Medicare then covers 80% of the adjustments up to 4 weeks.




• Regular health insurance - We are in-network with Anthem, Blue Cross & Blue Shield, Aetna, and Medicare. Our office will need to call your insurance to find out what your benefits are before we schedule your first visit.




• No insurance? Great, the first visit fee will be $99, which includes a consultation, examination, any necessary x-rays, and the first adjustment. Then we will create an affordable plan to get you feeling great again!
